Some of you may know from my posts we have a cat family that does not let us touch them. Mother, son and daughter all run away miles if we attempt to go anywhere near them. They are otherwise great to be seen around with their pranks and activity.
I love them to bits but it would have made me a happy woman if only they let me cuddle them. We have had cats and dogs that liked human company but these are the rarest of the rare kind. I would have happily posted my photo with Lolly letting me hug him, if only he let me If wishes were horses beggars would ride.

I have a dog and she loves to be touched
Most have lets us cuddle them but not this particular family.
I still have five cats at home. Three of them always asked to be hugged, rubbed their necks, or asked to rub their foreheads with my chin. The other two always want to be near me but don’t like being touched.
There is some study needed about this behaviour

Sometimes getting a cat’s trust takes a very long time…
And incidentally our posts are not getting published. It is the seventh day today. So peeved that I just do not feel like responding to any posts here
Really sorry about that Grace…I don’t think that is right.
Zoe loves to be cuddled , Spark doesn’t like it but takes it like the gentle Dog that he is.
Preiti enjoyed cuddling but this particular cat family is odd But I love them to bits.
Your dogs are invaluable
I have a young male kitten who loves to cuddle.
He’s biting my fingers, so after licking them. It’s just not quiet for posing. I don’t have nice photos with him.
He will settle down and surely pose for you.
Our cats circle round our legs, lick our legs and follow us everywhere but never let us cuddle them. Taking photos is no issue.
I have home a cat and i m very happy for her.
Most cats allow being cuddled. Only this lot is not.
Right now I don’t have a pet but I am thinking of adopting a cat.
