Identify the source of your anxiety. Second-guessing and uncertainty are part of the human psyche. Although the anxiety they engender feels dreadful, those emotions differ from, underreacting and denial you are unlikely to die from it.
Humans have been hard-wired, or purpose-built for a fight-or-flight reaction. The intensity of the latent anxiety, the more you will be seeing individuals that are stuck in blaming and fighting on one hand, or cutting off or distancing on the other. This is a normal reaction, but if we can identify and gauge our own anxiety-driven reactions, we will be able to put some distance between us and it, rather than to be propelled into action before we have calmed down sufficiently to apply our best thinking ability.

I am an anxiety/panic attack survivor. When I had constant attacks it took me a year to pull myself together. Now I keep my nerves on a short leash. I know when my life goes smoothly and according to plan I am all right but if anything goes even slightly wrong it greatly upsets me and tugs on my nerves.
They sure don’t build them like that anymore. Most newer versions wither, wilt and fade at the onset of a challenge,, good for you Sandra ??
No beating about the bush for me. I know what is causing it.
Yeah? well let’s hear it, I’ve broad shoulders…
I do not discuss my personal issues here (lol)
Didn’t want to hear them anyhow Grace, I have enough of my own, I was just kidding,(lol) 😉
That’s literally miles ahead of the pack, Carol, many are battling with this.
When I have anxiety I can tell you exactly what is causing it.
