I don’t enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles. I make no bones about it. I tell them up front that I was nothing to do with them. I don’t like it. I get eye strain. I can’t find the pieces. I understand that I am the only one in the family that can’t stand it, but I don’t like it. (I know I am repeating myself and I hope when they see it in writing they will get it.)
He called down that he needed help. That is typically a medical need and rather urgent. This was “Let’s finish the puzzle.” I don’t even like watching him do it. He gets frustrated with me and tells me to look and pick up a piece. “Well now just put it where it goes.”
Today I had not much patience to play along. He is very disappointed in me. I think it should be a given by now. I have enjoyed the puzzles. Leave me be!

I have played along with games in m y life just because others liked them.
So have I, but I draw the line at puzzles. I really don’t like them at all.
I never force myself to do something that I do not like. But in the past, yes, I happened.
I am not doing puzzles! I am digging in on this one.
My family like drama serial Channels while I like some current affair channel and Informative Channel
So do you split the time or how do you handle it?
Does it really matter that you don’t like jigsaws? You shouldn’t have to do anything you donm’t like doing.
Well, it is causing issues. He cannot understand that I don’t like them and I don’t want to do them. In his condition that is his entertainment. He ‘”WANTS” me to like them and be up there with him. When I try he gets agitated that I cannot see that this piece should go there. I am between a rock and a hard spot.
Maybe practice on smaller numbered puzzles. I have an app for jigsaw puzzles, and it is fun, and you can pick how many pieces you want to play with. This would help you get used to playing it. It does not matter how good you are, but how you try to make some memories.
All I am doing is making bad and frustrating memories. It does matter how good I am because he grabs my hand to pick up a piece and shoves my hand to the area where it must go. I still can’t see it and I am not enjoying a bit of it.
