How to keep healthy – Cholesterol.

Do we know enough about cholesterol?.How dangerous it is when we have elevated blood levels.Here are some facts about him.Our body only produces it.We consume it mainly with food of animal origin.Cholesterol is a constituent of each of our cells, it acts as a strong antioxidant.Without it, our skin would not be able to synthesize vitamin D from sunlight.On the other hand, we know we have two types of cholesterol.Good and bad.We should try to keep the bad value as low as possible.It is especially dangerous for the heart, blood vessels can lead to heart attack.This is explained by the synthesis of calcium and bad cholesterol, where sticky substances are created that deposit on our arteries in the heart, brain and carotids and can even cause death.Therefore, at least two blood tests should be performed to check for fat, cholesterol and triglycerides.You should use a balanced diet and find the right balance between good and bad cholesterol.If you already have high cholesterol levels, your doctor will certainly prescribe Statins.It successfully regulates cholesterol but has two drawbacks.It must be used while you are alive and damaging the liver, which must process it and remove it from the organism.The flock turn to Mother Nature, which offers plenty of herbs that can regulate your cholesterol.I will not be giving recipes here, but I will only list them in the list.Get the recipes online or from me.Juniper tree, berry Lemon with yogurt,  sesame and yogurt,  onion in water,Lemon + honey + brandy, cloves, dried berry  aronia (chokeberry),  etc.
