This is a very broad question, but if we were to put together the essentials, I would say that social networks enhance all personality traits, both pluses, and minuses. Let’s say if a person is a little narcissistic, prone to boasting, then in this space, he will not stop doing it; if a person is jealous, he will just be jealous, persecutes, questions while watching others. In other words, in the social space, all the processes that take place in life are very active.
I have mentioned the negative aspects, but it must not be forgotten that the same applies to the positive ones. Suppose, for a curious person, social networks help to obtain a wealth of information about the subject of interest; make communication much easier, especially between family members who live far apart.
It’s a great way to socialize for people who don’t have the opportunity to leave home often and find like-minded people. Social networks themselves have no connotation of good and evil, and their impact is up to the user.

Well I was bullied often and that was not healthy for anyone.
Social networks give me the chance to express myself since I am always alone I find that it greatly helps me to be able to react with others and let my emotions out
I must admit online activity did affect me adversely but now I know how to handle such situations. I just move away.
