A big hall, looks like a conference meeting and more than that.
It’s actually a a hall for Senate House, but not in US, it’s in my country, one of the state.
It’s looks lousy but still functions well.
It was taken by a friend of mine whom is member of parliament.
I remembered that teachers in primary school would bring the student to visit House of Parliament during our school day.

Any traffic jam during meeting period?
Washington DC has traffic issues when congress is in session and when congress is on recess.
we always have traffic issues!
