Golf is the sport not only of gentlemen but also of honest players. Maybe they called it such because a player can always cheat. But come to think of it, golf is about your own game and not the game of your co-players so when you cheat it is like cheating yourself.

Golf is something I never really played but would love to learn. I like mini-golf..haha. It is one of those sports that takes a lot of patience!
i learned playing with my grandfather and used to play once a month or so. I hopefully will get back to that this year!
I think golf is an interesting sport to play! I would love to try it soon.

Yes I have played many times before.
I have never played golf, which is an expensive sport to take up from scratch. I would like to have a go on a driving range some time, but that is as far as I am ever likely to go!
