It has been a while since I’ve done any fanservice #rimshot
This is mostly a wardrobe test, but I do want to know if you think I went overboard on the rimlighting. It honestly doesn’t matter here when all I am doing is tweaking surface settings but since the next step is getting ready for the final layout, it will become critical quite soon…

Nice one, I love kong fu and fan style one.
I am glad to hear you like this one
Her outfit is awesome, but her expression makes it perfect.
I don’t know what she’s so pissed off about, but it cracks me up
I think once they’re less intense the will look better
I was referring to the rimlights…
Love the sapphire color, not too much rimlighting for me.
… Stilettos would be nice.
I thought you liked the plats?
I do but with this outfit I think the stilettos would be an improvement.
I don’t think stilettos and kung-fu go well together; you’re just begging for an ankle injury…
I agree, the plats will work just fine.
I am glad to hear it, but I will still probably to a treatment with it dialed back a bit…
You are the master.. whatever the treatment used, I know it will be perfect.
If I achieve perfection, it is via process of elimination…
Like very much the idea of two fans & her shoes. The rimlighting is also suitable. As for character, she reminds me some girls from thrillers, was it intended in such way?
I was mainly inspired by Hyung-Tae Kim’s work, but there is definitely some kung-fu theater in there as well
I’ve no idea what rimlighting is … but I think the picture is well balanced so I assume it’s done well.
Love her costume and the fans!!!
The cool blue light on the right side is called rimlighting- basically when you light something from the side and/or behind
Oh, thanks for explaining…
Well, it’s balanced enough!
thanks for your input, it is much appreciated!
I am not crazy about her shoes, but the rest of the costume is nice and the expression on her face is way kewl.
Seems like I might have to crop the shoes out for the final…
I don’t think espadrilles are any safer than stilettos, but if you must keep them, at least add ankle straps, and maybe hollow cutouts in the clunky part of the heels. OK?
easier just to crop them out
True, and BTW the hands are nice.
Good work, nice outfit
It is a fun outfit, I really like working with cheongsams
