I’ve gotten some lenses for my phone’s camera … They comes in a set of 5, and the main ones that I’m excited about are the macro lens and the wide-angle lens.
The lens comes with a clipper which you can clip on your phone’s camera and “screw” your lens on it.
I’ve tried the lens and they’re harder to use than I thought …

Well, they’re more of troublesome …
and I have a hard time with the macro lens …
I was struggling to capture those stunning macros some of our friends here did …
I’m still figuring out what lens works for what kinda subject …
also aligning the lens (to the phone camera) takes a while … basically its a set of good lens but requires a whole new habits and learning …

Even though it’s a bit troublesome, do the photos from that macro lens match what you expect? I did see the results from the link but did you feel satisfied with the results?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no …
But I think the lens blur the “surrounding” a little too much for my liking…
I see… The lens gives bokeh and you don’t like it…
Looks good great idea. I still prefer to use my Canon cameras

before that, I’ll have to rely on my phone :p
I got mine 2nd hand, otherwise a greater expense. The other part is with Canon 7D I can buy other lenses. However, those too will also be 2nd hand. I sell the ones I don’t use anymore

Hmm… it’s a clipper with a screw thread that you can screw in the lens.
clip them on your phone lens and then it’ll do its job 🙂
As for taking great photos with the lens, I’m still learning … :p
