I noted recently that some editing features are missing. This means that when they renovated the site by introducing the new interface or design including new features/tools, some of the basic editing features were done away with or somehow were affected by the introduction of the new design and tools.
The lack of the basic editing features causes difficulty when composing a post. There are extra editing features they can add but the basic features are a must in any online editing box including in word programs. The basic features are:
1) Bullets and numbered list
2) Underline (I don’t know if it was there)
3) The format or editing style feature (paragraph, heading 2, heading 3)
It is possible to compose a content on word program, copy and paste it on the composing/editing box but when it comes to bullets or numbered list, the format changes. The first word of the second line begins underneath the numbered list or bullet instead of underneath the first word on the first line.
I am in no way complaining. I am only suggesting these basic features are important when composing or editing a post. It might be also good if they include other editing features.

I agree that more editing features would be beneficial.
True, it would liven up the posts.
I draft the texts in other programs and then paste them.
That is the better option to do because the work might get lost when the internet connection begins acting weirdly.
What are you pasting the text from? I can paste formatting without issue from Outlook which is where I normally compose posts.
I can also from MS Word.
From SMS word. I’m concerned with listing things because they don’t appear automatically as in MS Word.
It isn’t a big issue but I would be glad if they include it.

Ok, I will. I might consider smartphone word apps because I mostly use smartphone to access Virily and creating posts.

well that explains your copy-paste issue if you are mostly using a smartphone. the clipboard (copy) is different on a smartphone than on a Mac/PC.
try it on the PC and see if the formatting improves!

Sometimes copy-pasting from Word works for me, but other times not. It’s weird. More options here would be useful.
Yes, having more editing tools would prove helpful in creating better posts.
So they are working on a number of fixes. Adding a full editing suite or even more editing tools might push out other fixes.
We did this back in july, they are working on stuff. I think editing tools are something we should hold for now.
I have not responded to your poll questions. I compose my posts right on here and then use the edit feature for any changes I need to make.
Also it is so in my case. Mostly, I compose on Virily. While they’re not mandatory, they will help a lot in editing posts.

For instance, when you want to write something in point form or wanting to list items you would want to use bullets (e.g. dots, dashes) or numbers.
Formatting style where you want use different types of heading.
