One of the hot drinks you should consider after a stressful day is chamomile tea. It acts as a true soothing for the psychic and the physical, favoring relaxation. The chamomile infusion is prepared from 1-2 teaspoons of whole or seated flowers, over which pour a cup of boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. If you do not have stomach problems (as I have), you can add a little fresh lemon juice. If you often suffer from insomnia, you only have to get used to having a cup of hot tea every half hour before bedtime.

I like chamomile tea very much, Ileana. The plant grows like a weed around the edges of my garden, and I love the scent when I tread on it or mow it 🙂
In my area there is less and less, this plant. I don’t know why it disappeared.?
I had had this tea before and it is relaxing. I like honey in my tea.
I drink it unsweetened.
