Chilblains are skin lesions that appear due to the physical action of cold on the superficial blood vessels.
Chilblains are characterized by the manifestation of very uncomfortable symptoms, such as blisters, fissures, and swelling, and usually affect the extremities of the body such as the hands, nose, ears, and feet.
How to prevent chilblains– Moisturize the skin daily- Protect the most unprotected areas of your body well during winter (gloves, for example)- Do not expose yourself too cold- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes
How to treat chilblains– In addition to preventive measures, treatment of chilblains may include taking drugs with vasodilatory action. A doctor will be the best person to give you the treatment.

Yes, I have them in my feet during peak winters
This would be a very uncomfortable condition to have.
In my country with a tropical climate, that situation might not happen. But I don’t know for sure either…
I don’t know that I have ever experienced. I hope I never have to.
