Does anyone have any great ideas on how to create awareness in a positive fashion? It seems so simple, you get credit for making a comment, you do not get credit for upvoting. So for me, the perfect recipe is something for everyone. You make the comment so you the credit. You give them the upvote to encourage them to keep going.
Perhaps my thinking is flawed. If it is please explain it to me. I love win-win situations and I cannot not seem to explain the value of voting and commenting at the same time and every time.

Well DocAndersen, if there is anyone who can explain it to all, it’s you. You can bring a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. I will do my best, I am concerned that only four of us hear the drum!
I like to upvote first before I comment, as you say I think of it as an encouragement. I also almost always emote.

i am not sure that people fully understand that they don’t get credit for an upvote.
It seems so sad, because much of that is truly in our control. Any ideas how of how we can explain things and make a difference?
