Coconut oil is the secret to women in Kerala, India who boast of flowing black hair Right from their young days they massage their hair with coconut oil before their bath.
A friend of mine from Kerala mentioned this to me and she also added that curry leaves should be fried in coconut oil until they turn black. The oil turns black too and this oil when used is responsible for the shine and black colour the hair gets. Rather than using artificial means this is the best approach for growth of healthy hair
Blonds and Brunettes could also go for this approach if they are interested in long and flowing hair.
Do you have any other approach to ensure healthy hair growth?

For some reason, oils have never really worked very well on my skin and hair. One oil that I like is jojoba, but I don’t use it much anymore.
I have only now started using oil
My hair is mostly taken care of by my hairdresser.
Hair needs daily care. How do you do it?
I get some natural products from my hairdresser
Tea tree is very good as well for hair.
I have never heard of tea tree
It’s real good. If you put it in your hair, then your scalp tingles. It’s also real good on cutting down on dandruff.
