I just like the word ‘buddy’.
It generally means ‘friend’. It can be a nickname, or even a first name.
In the Jamaican Patois, ‘buddy’ is also a slang for penis.
I don’t care, I just like the way it sounds. It’s cute, it’s similar to ‘bunny’.
Chubby buddy! Chubby buddy!
Today’s buddy is a lizard.
Did you notice the tail has a slightly different pattern, and a different color as well? Do you think it lost its tail and regrew another one, or is it normal?
Well, it would be normal either way.
I just wanted to show Buddosaur. There are shadows, then I’m forcing it into the Wednesday Shadows challenge, as an excuse.

This was actually the photo I wanted to submit for the challenge, but then I changed plans. I liked the shadow of his paws, claws, hoofs, hands, feet… whatever. Which picture do you prefer?

Reptiles tend to cause some aversion. ? Thanks anyway! ?
I liked the last photo where the shadows of paws and claws are seen in a subtle way.
Thanks! ? It’s indeed an interesting sight. ?
Cool shot! I love it.
It seems that Buddosaur does have a relatively new tail.
Thank you! ? Yes, that tail seems to almost not belong there.
It looks from that different mottle, right? Or do you rub it too?
I didn’t notice until I got those pictures on my computer, so I had no interest in looking further or touching the tail. ?
I think you did it because it is your Buddosaur. lol
Buddisaurus is good. Amicusaurus Rex is also good- king of reptile buddies…
? I agree. Unfortunately, the Amicusaurus Rex is unable to hug, because of his short arms, but they’re what make him the cutest. ?
even though his arms are relatively tiny, they’re still longer than you are tall so hugs are still on the table
Yeah, I guess I could simply climb on him and it would work. ?
he’d find a way to make it happen
I like both pictures of this lizard
Aww, thank you! ?
Both pictures are beautiful but I like the second picture more because it’s clearer and more focused.
Thank you very much! ? I think the first one lost some of its beauty while being uploaded, I liked the background there, but the second one shows more details. I agree. ?
Fantastic shot. I do not like too many lizards
Thank you! ?
I like lizards mostly because they’re food for birds and some mammals. ?
I used to call my son buddy so I like the word too. 🙂
That’s cute, thank you. ?
This is something really unusual, I chose the last photo by the way
Why unusual? It’s a common garden lizard… buddy. ? Thank you. ?
My buddy the lizard, I love it! I didn’t know the word buddy had other meanings. Oh well!
Thanks! ? I didn’t know either, it was a good idea to search for a proper definition, and the Urban Dictionary is the best source. ?
Yes, I try to avoid words that have meanings I don’t know.
