BBC’s First TV Newscaster Nancy wigginton

The first female newscaster host of the BBC television, Nancy wigginton, has passed away on 11th may 2019, at the age of 93 year. Nancy wigginton, was known as Nan Winton became the BBC’s first female news reader on June 20, 1960. Winton had a lot of experience in journalism before reading the news on TV. She worked on TV and radio and after retirement, she was living in Bradford, Dorset.

  2. We are at a time when women are equally wet and so is right …. I simply can not imagine life without a gentler gender …. women are a gift from God

    • Yeah , Mr lado you said very correct , with out women this world was never possible and i agree women are the innocent creature of almighty God and God gift. We must respect women in shape of mother, sister, wife, grand mother, and friends
