The first female newscaster host of the BBC television, Nancy wigginton, has passed away on 11th may 2019, at the age of 93 year. Nancy wigginton, was known as Nan Winton became the BBC’s first female news reader on June 20, 1960. Winton had a lot of experience in journalism before reading the news on TV. She worked on TV and radio and after retirement, she was living in Bradford, Dorset.
