I do my best to eat vegetables and fruit, and sometimes meat.
Go to the gym, yes, the doctor is wise ..
I knew 2 women who did not like fruit or vegetables and they both have passed away. One got cancer and the other was a bad diabetic who did not do what her Doctor said. Sad but true.
I think you can make healthy food look like you are cheating because it is delicious.
I try to stay active year round
This is the best way. Just be persistent,
there is always something to do around the house
I didn’t know that you have to change your diet with the change of season.
I don’t just have to say that in colder times, calorie foods are used.
I do tests every 6 months for my thyroid gland.

It is funny, in the summer we eat smaller lighter meals. In the winter you often think I need more calories.
But it takes more calories to cool the human than to heat it.
(unless it is really cold).
so really we should eat more in the summer and less int he fall.
