After the growing pants and grass, people living in that places mentioned happiness increased, whereas their mental stress decreased and experts suggests green places are very helpful in improving mental health.

At the time, in the US, 1 out of every 5 people suffer from some mental problem and According to specialists, urbanization can improve the health of the citizens by placing the trees and greenery.

  1. Anxiety and depression are the commonest forms of mental illness. Any kind of environment change that could help reduce these strong feelings to a certain extent will surely be welcome.

  2. I know it is so hard for people with depression and I am thankful I don’t have it but I do get terribly sad at times and there are days I start by crying. Then I pick myself up, talk angrily to myself to pull together and then get on with my day.

  3. I do not know why, but this is more and more … I never and I hope that I will never feel the depressive condition …. I have a quiet life in the village, surrounded by many meadows and forests where I can relax
