I know that I shouldn’t be overly affected over my physical appearance, but I’ve to be very honest that … my slim built is the only thing that I’m more confident of. It has been like this since young, no one ever praised my look or dressing but they do always mentioned that they envy my size.
But now … even this has been “taken away” and my parents are quite concern about my lack of exercise. So yeah, this challenge is mostly about vanity (if you see it that way) and also for my family and self-confident.
I’ve the challenge documented on my blog, if you are interested to see what I’ve set for myself.
The 3 months Tummy-Flattening Challenge!
Wish me luck 🙂

Walking for me is enough, although it would not hurt me a little more activity … perhaps a little fitness
I’d love to get my six pack back, but I kinda doubt that will ever happen
My oldest son’s six pack is now a keg…
My keg is building up too … lol
time to shake that off!
I had that for a while, got rid of it but still my midriff is smooth. not the chiseled masterpiece of my youth
Well, at least you once have that!
and sometimes metabolism plays a part … :/
my metabolism is still pretty good, but nothing like it used to be
Walking is what I have always enjoyed. You are fine, keep moving forward my friend.
Thank you for being supportive!
I hope I can hang on to it!
3 months is a “long” project for me… 😐
I think exercise is the only and cheapest way to reduce belly .
I agree! And it’s what I’ll try for now! 🙂
Hiking, with a bit of rock scrambling to go along with it. I don’t work out, but weigh 105, no body fat. Hiking and meal proportion size worked for me. In my 20’s I was almost at 200 lbs. Lost the weight before 30 and have kept this weight for 20 years now.
Wow! That’s inspiring!
I guess I can walk more … but rock scrambling isn’t really on my list …
Thanks for the motivation, Kim 😀
really helpful!!
I could find some trails with smaller boulders you would even love. Not too hard either, but walking will do so much for you. It will make your endorphins raise, putting you in a good mood, and you get fresh air and more picture taking to boot!
I really appreciate it, Kim, but remember I’m in Singapore … So the rock scrambling trails may not be as readily available as your side …
But I can do walks in the parks or once in a while, take a hike in some of our bigger nature reserves.
I meant come over here, Ill take you scramblin’. 😉 Plan a day each week for just you. Make it a date. Take yourself out to somewhere you haven’t been to and take a trail. Pack a lunch and bring some snacks, like nuts. You do have some awesome places to hike in those reserves. Don’t forget to drink a lot of water, regardless of what you do. Water helps with weight lose tremendously.
Yes! Roger that!! 😀
I guess starting with more water sound good …
I never like drinking plain water … time to pick that up !
As they say to each their own.
zThank you for being supportive, grace 🙂
