Animation is not an innovative art !

You might be surprised to know that the art of animation, which we consider to be the latest art due to 2D and 3D, actually is much older than cinema.

Its early roots take us back 32,000 years. In the ancient caves of Europe and Asia, we see the earliest possibilities of animation. If you call the Cave Panting the first cinema, there is nothing wrong with that.

Researchers found a buffalo image from a cave in the Indonesian island of Borneo, which is approximately 52 thousand years old which is considered the earliest and oldest form of Cave Painting.

One of the striking aspects is that these were the caves where there was no permanent residence of man of that time. It looks like they were not built with the aim for living rather, it was used from time to time, probably so, as we visit cinemas from time to time for entertainment.

Here point to be noted , In ancient times, man may have found a way to tell the story with the help of engravings and lighting in the caves. One more example which make sense , you may have seen as well , that characters made on the vessel (whether bulls or humans) can move more easily, we just need to rotate the vessel.
