Will be done soon with my Alphabet Bird series.
ROBINS
Robins are in my world year round. I am blessed to see these beauties. Robins in the US look different than other parts of the world and are often called Robin Red Breast.
A very familiar bird over most of North America, running and hopping on lawns with upright stance, often nesting on porches and windowsills. The Robin’s song is among the earliest bird songs heard at dawn in spring and summer, often beginning just before first light. In fall and winter, robins may gather by the hundreds in roaming flocks, concentrating at sources of food.

the Robin is the bird of spring! love this series please don’t stop!!!
i can’t wait to see what bird you pick for w!
Yes it is, and the robins are here year round. Love seeing them.
they are one of the coolest birds!
And they are not really loud like the mockingbirds. But they chased off the bluebirds last year. Protecting their babies. Can’t blame them.
it is a huge part of the natural world, the concept of territory.
Enjoying the series as I learn about new species of birds and more about the familiar birds. I’ve heard of Robbin birds but didn’t they were of different types.
Thanks for your comment. I appreciate your support always. Most birds have many varieties.
I love these birds. They are always a joy to see,
Glad to hear that. I love seeing them in the bird bath too.
