The curse of the thumb. When we took film pictures, it was much worse than it is now. Now, it is an annoyance and forces us to consider the cropping process. Remove the thumb. It is interesting because if you think about it, the gesture, thumbs up represents you’ve done a good job. All is ok. Thumbs up! Back in the days, we took film pictures, thumbs were bad. Oh look, I got a picture of the Eiffel tower, but there is my thumb. (yes, sadly I do have that picture). In the days of limited reality (24 to 36 pictures on a roll of film) the thumb was not welcomed. Now, we simply make sure we take extra pictures. Although in fairness I find many more thumb pictures with my phone that my digital camera.

I had to share it, only 35 days to go, and my thumb was jealous of all the other pictures!
