Fancy Focaccia (4/9)

This was my last lunch in Rome, yesterday afternoon in Trastevere before visiting the Botanic Gardens. What you see here is pork neck pickled in white wine, soft white cheese, and steamed dandelion greens, all served on hot crusty focaccia.


  1. That worked very badly. It’s time for lunch now. And I prepared another meal. I can not taste this taste. I had to open this post before dinner. Hahaha
