The Veliki Buk waterfall on the Vrelo river is located on the slopes of Beljanica, 15 km from the Resava cave, about which I wrote in the previous post.
The height of the waterfall is 20 m. At the foot of the waterfall there is a small lake. Waterfalls are often called Lisine, by the basin in which it is located. The water falls with the big noise in the deep amphitheater of the vertical sides. The bottom of the amphitheater is about 5 meters deep, known as the “green spring”. Water is from 120 liters per second to 10m3 per second. Under protection, the state, as a reserve nature, is of exceptional significance.
In the vicinity of Resava there is a miniature museum. It is a private museum of self-taught sculptors / modelers. In one place you can see the 20 most important monuments of Serbian medieval architecture in proportion 1:17.
There are models of Serbian monasteries and models of Moravian houses.
