Wander project Copenhagen Denmark!

A couple of pictures of the entrance to the office in Copenhagen. It wasn’t the original office. It became the office after the purchase of a company in Denmark that did CRM solutions. Again, the prettiest campus I ever had a chance to wander around.  The images were from 2006. Interesting that my images of Copenhagen are from 1972, 2001, 2006 and 2016. The span of 44 years from the first to the last is kind of interesting.

Copenhagen is one of the cities that I just feel at home in. In part because one of the largest portions of my heritage is Danish. My father was 100% Danish. He and I took pictures of the Little Mermaid in the harbor, and a few others when we went in 1972. The images from 2001 and 2006 were business trips. One was working with a couple of companies that were struggling with their migration from Lotus Domino to Microsoft technologies. The images shared today from 2006 were from architecture board meetings.

We had created a certification (Microsoft Certifed Architect) that was the top certification ever built and offered by Microsoft. We had to variants, solution architect, and infrastructure architect. The goal of the boards was to admit new members into our growing group. We had boards all over the world, Denmark was the only non-US board I went to back then. There were others in India and other international places. I did also sit on the Depth Exchange architect boards in Germany. Boards were a lot of fun. You could quickly see who understood what they were being asked to talk about!
