   • Thanks so much Ghostwriter, I think Gannets are one of the bravest birds. The first thing a Gannet chick is to attempt flying off a thousand foot cliff, but they do practice flying on the flat first. I really hope that they all make it.
     In a day a Gannet can fly 500 miles there and 500 miles back just to get food for themselves and their young.

   • What you are looking at is people standing on a platform looking out to sea and Gannet Island and the Gannets flying. There is another platform there as well.

   • No I haven’t. Animals just want to survive. Some birds are bullies in the bird world but to them its simple survival.
