On my travels in Croatia, I noticed very many sanctuaries. In one, I stopped and looked at him.
The Makarska Riviera offers many attractions that make the visitors happy to return. Beautiful beaches, clean sea and picturesque coastal towns are the jewel of its tourist offer. Not only the beauty of the coast, but also the inland part of the Makarska Riviera is worth a visit.
Vepric is one of these places.
At the initiative of the bishop, the Sanctuary of Marija was the one who wanted the Makarska Riviera to get its Lourdes, founded at the beginning of the 20th century.
Vepric resembles the French sanctuary in appearance, because it is located in a natural cave, surrounded by cliffs and streams. The sanctuary attracts many pilgrims as well as visitors to the Makarska Riviera who want to see its unique beauty.
