Cloudland Canyon, First Trip in RV

I am positive that I have written about this place so many times, but soon we are planning on returning there.  Hopefully there will not be a drought this time around.  Nervous from our first time taking the big RV out on a trip, we got excited to have just gotten it into the campsite without problems.  We got the water and electricity hooked without any complications at all. Unfortunately as well, we only had a few days for this trip, last minute and not quite prepared for what would be expected.  Making lists on this trip helped with future trips and we learn more and more every trip we go on.

Cloudland Canyon, located in the northern part of Georgia is a great place to visit. There are so many interesting things to see. Many hiking trails and plenty of places to take photos are in abundance in this state park.

  1. Ahhh, RVing! I have spent a lot of time in an RV. Since you are new, I guess the most important thing to remember is fill your waste tank with about 1/4 of water, dont hook up directly to sewer, but dump every few days. This will be a lifesaver down the road so to speak.
