The artificial lake Jasna near Kranjska Gora.

I have already mentioned that my country has some beautiful lakes. A couple of days ago, I visited Lake Jasna. The artificial lake Jasna is located near Kranjska Gora.

Lake Jasna is wonderful in every season. Walking tracks are all around it. The water is clean and greenish, but unfortunately it's too cold for bathing.

By the lake stands a bronze statue Kozorog on a natural scale, which was created between 1986 and 1988.

At the lake you can also cool yourself with a refreshing drink or ice cream, and enjoy the view of the beautiful Julian Alps in the background.

I spent a wonderful day and I do not regret that I visited this lake.

What a lovely spot, Vidocka! Is the lake too cold to swim in, even in summer?
My daughter was in Ljubljana briefly in the winter, and liked the city very much. Unfortunately she didn’t have time to see the rest of Slovenia.

The lake has about 22 degrees in the summer … it’s cold for me :).
Too bad that the daughter did not have time to see some more of the city. I hope she will ever visit Slovenia again
