The name on this box just made me want to try it. The main word that hooked me was “Nourish.” We all think that cereal should be nourishing, because it is known for a breakfast food. I have been eatin it for lunch. It is great in my opinion.
It has:
Yogurt bites and fruit in it, like blueberries, peaches,raspberries, and yogurty probiotic pieces in it. You will feel good knowing it has 12 g of whole grains in it. It also is a good source of fiber.
One cup has 160 calories without milk, skim has 220 in it. I would put more information but I can’t read it well. I need eye surgery to get a cataract removed, then I will be able to give you more accurate information on posts like this one.
It taste great, and if I drink the Attain health food powder for breakfast, I am satisfied with eating this cereal for lunch. It does have either 12 or 13 gr of sugar, and I think 22 with skim milk. I think that seems high, but fruit is a natural source of sugar, so that maybe the reason.
I feel over-all it is a smart choice for a breakfast cereal to help fuel health conscious adults up.
I love Special K but never tried this one.
