Everyone needs to smile! See this field of yellow? See the hill in the back? The fire took that hill yesterday. The fire is now 15% contained. They have named it the Lilac fire in North County San Diego California. I live about five miles away and still in it’s path, but we do have the best firemen. The best of the best in fact. Cal Fire.

I remember that joke from a Cracked magazine when they were lampooning The Fonz when Happy Days was on ABC TV in America but it was not carried on television in Panama.

Around the late 1970s era when I did read Mad and Cracked magazines from a commissary in Balboa Panama from their magazines area.
