The only song I want to hear right now is Jay Z – “On to the next one” because I have finally finished Alzheimer’s Society – Run for Dementia. I nearly put this run off until tomorrow morning because of the heat, but took a chance and lucked out because the temperature felt nowhere near what was listed.
As for what is next! I plan to take a day off from running on Wednesday, then return on Thursday to finish up the rest of the month of August by finishing off what is left in the August Running Challenge. Enjoy your day everyone!
