Do not settle for where you are positioned at this juncture of time. On a daily basis, you do not realize all of the benefits that life has to offer to you. One of the main reasons as to why you have not received total fulfillment within your life is because we were sort of taught the concept of receiving incorrectly. More emphasis is placed upon giving to the point that many people do not know how to receive properly.
Choose not to be ashamed of the possessions that you have. Reception is the key to achieving success within every facet of your life. Here are four steps that will help become a better receiver.

1. Continue to flow at all times. You must choose to never become stagnant as you continue to progress as a human being. You must desire to progress forward while the mediocre masses choose to remain in the valley of neutrality. Also, you must not allow for anyone to stop your flow.
2. Build a strong foundation. If you do not have a strong foundation, then you will begin to sink. Have firm beliefs and principles that you will not compromise upon no matter what circumstances will come your way. Stay strong.
3. Keep going. The ones who receive things in life are the ones that do not quit. You have to keep going no matter what. You have to cross the finish line in order to receive the reward.
4. Forget the past. Do not allow for your past to paralyze your future. You can actually choose to forget the past by focusing on the future.
Definitely well-elaborated… Excellent 🙂
If you aren’t moving forward you are falling behind; time and tide wait for no man…
There is a miss step here I think. We should learn from the past, not forget it. What we must do is not dwell on the past. We should keep, moving forward every day with each action. Building our future. Always building on our foundation strengthening the base and building up.
This is the philosophy I’ve worked with all my life. I left a family farm of ten when we were living in a three-room house at the age of fifteen, and found my first two-bedroom apartment and a job as an apprentice chef in the city. Thus beginning my life on my own, never looking back, even after eight strokes and being told I’d never work again. I now run two businesses and write every day as an author. Outlook, exercise and belief in self while being humble toward others are vital.
