A huge pity, about the damaged outer leaves, it was hand to hand combat between us and the bug-critters until my wife sent them packing. We are using several organic pest controls which are working just fine now.

I like them on chopsuey. It’s a recipe of sauteed mixed vegetables which is perfect when mixed with cauliflower.

My local supermarket does a ready-made side-dish, Cauliflower Bang Bang (cauliflower pieces in a crunchy batter with spicy sauce) which is amazing! I have it as a main course with steamed rice. That has become one of my favourite meals lately.

No I don’t Andre. I don’t have a garden where I am living at present, but if I ever have one in the future I would like to try growing a few vegetables if possible.
