As you can probably tell by my name, I do like my coffee. I do drink a lot of it. So I always need to make sure I got a decent kettle. My last one I had for a good while, and decided to treat myself to a new one. The one I bought is a Tower 1.7L Rapid Boil Kettle. It’s was named as a ‘Glitz Sparkle Kettle’ on Amazon. As you can see from the picture, when it boils it lights up. There is a pink light around the bottom of this which lights up when you switch the kettle on. And as the water boils, it seems to light up inside the kettle too. Well, it amused me for a while to watch it boil. I think it’s pretty though and will be a talking point when people come round.
What is your preferred beverage in the mornings? First thing in the mornings, I always have a cup of tea. But then it’s coffee for the rest of the day.
It looks so beautiful, it’s mesmerizing! I like to have cappuccino in the morning and tea in the evening.
Cappuccino is nice, I sometimes have that in the evenings. Thankyou for the lovely comment, Ellie. 🙂
I do not like coffee I drink plenty of tea
A new purchase always brings joy to the hostess.I prefer herbal tea.
a new kingdom for you?
Well, sometimes I like to buy new things to improve my home and make it look nicer. =)
you can’t be a coffee queen without a coffee maker
I have breakfast first in the morning then my favorite “drink” – a cup of coffee
That’s good vidocka, they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
The kettle looks pretty! I guess it will cheer up your day when you boil the water and are waiting to make your cup of coffee in the morning.
I like to take a cup of coffee in the morning, but not tea. I don’t think my empty stomach is happy with tea. But I like to drink tea after meals.
Thankyou for the lovely comment, Kaka. Yes, I know lots of people that start their days with coffee.
It is funny, our days (because of traffic) start early. I get up first and make the coffee. If I am not fast enough, my wife is waiting in the kitchen cup in hand!
We love coffee, We have two different pots.
1, drip traditional
2. cold brew
Oh, it’s good you got 2 pots to make your coffee in. I like the sound of that.
yes we’ve been trying more cold brew, less acid!!
I drink coffee fresh from a plunger every morning but I drink tea as well. Lately since my 100 day cough virus I have been drinking herbal tea with some manuka honey. It soothes the throat and eases the coughing fits
Oh, I think I’ll have to get myself some of this tea as I have quite a bad cough at the moment. I know honey is very good for such things.
Since you like coffee it is but right that you get the very best to produce your coffee.
I am a tea drinker.
Yes, I should drink more tea. I know there are many health benefits to drinking tea.
