Useful seafood

Summer is the season of the year when the seafood snack is part of the pleasant moments of the beach.

Seafood (mussels, squid, crab, shrimp, lobster, octopus, etc.) are not only delicious but also extremely useful. They are rich in vitamins and minerals, they contain powerful antioxidants and many valuable amino acids that are quickly absorbed by the body. Apart from the above, marine delicacies contain a whole wealth of other substances – magnesium, selenium, iron, cobalt … Seafood also has fewer calories compared to red meat and processed more quickly. 100 grams of seafood contain less than 100 calories. Therefore, it is recommended dietary food. They also give us the beneficial and necessary non-saturated fatty acids (omega 3, omega 6) that protect against cardiovascular diseases and atherosclerosis.

The seafood itself has less fat than fish, and it supplies the body with the same amount of beneficial vitamins it needs. These delicacies are a complete diet because of the combination of easily digestible proteins, vitamins and minerals. They provide a balance in our nutrition and at the same time energize us.
