One Saturday, I was doing internet research to make sure that I was getting enough nutrition as a vegan/vegetarian. So, I created a checklist of certain vitamins, minerals, and vegan food I should eat more of. Although I mostly eat Vegan and Raw Vegan, I also occasionally will eat vegetarian food, which might include dairy and honey.
- Eat more minerals, such as Zinc.
- Eat more B12
- Lentils
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pecans
- Multivitamin as well as a Multivitamin Supplement, such as 7 mg of Zinc per day.
- Exercise on a daily basis
- Avoid, or eat minimally, food that causes mucus production, such as dairy
- Avoid chemical fumes, such as smoking, drugs, stimulants, depressants, and antibiotics.
- Drink lots of water
The vegetarians have limited healthy food options. You have written a nice post.
Great advice!!!!!!!!
Lovely tips Fifi!
Great tips!
Great advice. I am vegan too, or about 95% vegan anyway: occasionally I will eat dairy/eggs, if I can’t get vegan food somewhere. It is definitely the most healthy diet.
I started with being vegetarian in the 90s. And, I know eat mostly Vegan and raw vegan, but occasionally vegetarian because sometimes i eat minimal dairy and honey.
Good post Fifi.. right now im a semi vegetarian coz i still eat Meat sometimes.. last 2004 to 2005 i was pure Vegetarian for more than a year.. even milk no milk no fish at all. I just eated Vege meat glutin, Tofu, vegetables and fruits soya milk! Really good but an Expensive diet!.. hehe… specially when you’re in the Philppines expensive food.. right now im here in Phuket Thailand.. food affordable to buy..
I heard about a Vegan section in the Philippines from bloggers. Someone displayed photos of the area, and it looks bohemian. Have you been there?
A great post and I can live without meat!
i know, me too. i have lived without meat since the 90s.
Great post and delicious looking food. #9 has been incredibly difficult to avoid since relocating because of a family member’s health deterioration and accident. Too bad people underestimate the importance of clean air, more so now where even the President of the United States believes like a typical business man and it’s profits over health and our eco system. Money doesn’t equate to having intelligence.
i know. we all need to continue to expose stuff all over the internet. the internet has educated more and more people every day that barely anyone is watching the shit on tv anymore.
very good!
