The new healthy food trend is on- The ultimate chia pudding! Everyone has gone crazy about this recipe, which can be consumed both as a dessert and breakfast due to it’s high nutritional value. This is the easiest recipe ever, which lets you put your own magic in it. It is healthy because of the lack of sugar.

Nutrition

Chia seed are one of the healthiest super foods. It contains 19% proteins. Chia seeds contain high-quality protein with all the essential amino acids, and are therefore a good plant-based protein source. Also, it provides huge amount of minerals. Manganese is important for metabolism, growth and development. Phosphorus is good for the bones. Copper is important for the heart function. Also selenium, iron and magnesium are also in those little seeds.

Chia pudding is the easiest recipe ever! You only have to mix 2 ingredients and it’s done. The chia seeds have this awesome ability to produce gel when they are submerged in liquid. Bonus you can make it with different tastes!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice ( you can use ordinary or vegan milk here)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey (or any other sweetener of choice)

Mix all these ingredients together in a small bowl or jar. Let them sit overnight in the refrigerator. When you remove it from the fridge check it. The pudding has thick and the chia seeds have gelled. And it’s done! You can top it with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and even smoothie!

DAY Start ? ______________________________________ For this Recipe 11/2 banana frozen Few raspberries Few blackberries 3tsp Chia seeds 1/2 cup almond milk (1/4 cup extra for smoothie) 1 ripe pear 1/4 cup of fresh pineapple METHOD Soak chiapudding overnight in almond milk With 1tsp of raw agave ?Blend half portion of banana with half pear and half portion of pineapple and raspberries with almond milk and blend it till nice and creamy texture. ? Blend blackberries, banana , pear and pineapple with almond milk till nice and creamy texture and ? Layer it in with chiapudding as you see in the pic. TB to the twins: Left or right ??? ------------------------------- #Chia pudding topped with plain yogurt and #raspberry smoothie, all topped with some berry love Layer 1: 1.5 table spoons of chia seeds mixed with 1/2 cup almond milk and a pinch of vanilla powder! Layer 2: Unsweetened yogurt of choice Layer 3: frozen banana blended with a splash of almond milk & 1/2 cup raspberries. Happy Monday everyone ???
