TB to the twins: Left or right ??? ------------------------------- #Chia pudding topped with plain yogurt and #raspberry smoothie, all topped with some berry love Layer 1: 1.5 table spoons of chia seeds mixed with 1/2 cup almond milk and a pinch of vanilla powder! Layer 2: Unsweetened yogurt of choice Layer 3: frozen banana blended with a splash of almond milk & 1/2 cup raspberries. Happy Monday everyone ???
