Balkan people like barbecue. Especially they like to eat with somun. I always use it instead of plain bread. If you prepare it properly, you will be really thrilled.

It’s a kebab … and onion.The kebab is made of minced meat ..like a burger.It’s just in a different form.The word “kebab” comes from Persia.They are the best, of course, when preparing for a barbecue.
