I personally prefer to buy fruit. And make them juice early in the morning. Let’s see what the specialists say about it. For this purpose, I used information from https://www.kaldata.com. The photo is from Google’s Gallery.
Many people think the juice is a natural and therefore useful product that can be drunk in unlimited quantities. But this is not always the case for a number of reasons:
1. There are often many sugars and calories in the juices. Experts have found that a pack of 250 g can contain up to 6 teaspoons of sugar. One liter of grape juice contains 1100 kcal and 1 liter of apple juice – 900 kcal.
Most juices enhance appetite and thus help to build up extra pounds. Excessive sugar can cause diabetes.
2. Some beverages are said to have been made “sugar-free or” low-sugar. “Sometimes, however, sugar is replaced with artificial sweeteners, which, although they contain no calories, are no better than sugar.
3. Most juices contain many acids that help to destroy the tooth enamel. Acid juices remove calcium from the body and should therefore be used very carefully, especially in osteoporosis.
4. The large amount of juice taken for a short time can lead to chronic diarrhea.
5. There are contraindications to the use of juice: eg ulcerative colitis, increased secretion of gastritis, pancreatitis, ulcer, etc.
100% natural juices are rare in stores and you can usually recognize them at a higher price. The most common way to process and produce juices is to concentrate.
It is best to squeeze the fruits and vegetables at home; the products sold in the store often contain a lot of sugar and harmful substances.
Recommendations for the preparation of juices:
1. Use only fresh fruit and vegetables without worms and rotten parts.
2. Prepare the juices yourself.
3. For maximum effect, drink them in small gulps, no later than 10 minutes after their preparation.
4. Fruits and vegetables should be cleaned immediately before squeezing them.
5. Juices should be drunk at least 30 minutes before a meal.
6. Fruit juice with plums (plums, peaches, apricots) should not be mixed with other juices.
7. It is not necessary to peel the fruits with thin flakes (apples, pears apricots).
8. Do not make soft fruit juice papaya, avocado, mango, figs, bananas.
9. Spots of juice in clothing can be removed using soda or vegetable oil.

I do not like juices, I drink water … sometimes only homemade juice
I love drinking natural juices. Very informative.
I’m glad you learned something new and useful.
I’m a fan of juice, but 80% is home-made. I do not believe factory products contain no chemicals. True there should be enough distance between eating fruit or drinking juice with other intakes. What I do not understand, is suggestion number 8…
You have always been a very practical and reasonable person. You are a fan of home-made with a lot of love for you.
Uuu… great appreciation, Elenka. I am happy to live simply; the point of view, lifestyle, ownership, mind, and behaviour. If everything can be seen simply, why should it be complicated, right? Hehe…
Very interesting and informative!
I’m glad you learned something new and useful.
I don’t drink sodas or processed juices no matter how healthy they look, I would rather eat the fruit or make the juice myself.
That’s the right decision
Very informative article Elenka
I’m glad you learned something new and useful.
Lovely post, fresh fruit is the best! Thanks
This is the best solution
I stop drinking fruit juices because of the sugar it contains.
I just eat half or 1 apple a day. (that is if I’m not lazy…hahahaha)
Apple combined with carrots is a wonderful juice and very useful for health
I sometimes drink the ABC juice which is what you mention A and C plus beetroot.
It taste nice
I limit my consumption of juices in cans. Doing it at home is the best.
You will be very pleased
I have been thinking that juices cause hunger, because when I start drinking sugary juices, I just want to drink about 3 glasses of it without stopping. I do not buy it often because of that either. I have found out that if i drink organic juices I am satisfied with only one small glass. It all makes sense!
It happens to me that drinking a glass of fresh juice prepared at home can last a long while without feeling hungry.
I rarely drink juice….but great post!!
I do it almost daily with freshly squeezed juice
Juices are so healthy for us and the photo looks delicious! I love fresh orange juice and grape juice.
I make juice of different fruits. But he likes most of the oranges.
They are full of vitamins as you know.
