Before I watched this video, I thought it was for making your own pita bread. Then, when I watched it, I thought it would make perfect vegan pizza crust. And, you only need two ingredients–water and quinoa. She also added some herbs for taste. She uses a food processor to mix the ingredients. Then, she places parchment paper to line the flat and round pan, before placing into the oven. It looks easy and interesting to make.
