Many of you know I have started on a Keto way of eating journey It is all about eating low carbs, and more proteins. This lunch was easy to make, and tasted great.

The first photo is everything I used to make the dish, except I forgot to add an apple. You can alter the recipe to fit your desired taste.

I started out by using a shredder to make like a pasta out of a zucchini. Then, I added a little vegan butter, and a little olive oil. Then, I chopped up some organic ham, and after that cooked awhile, I added some organic cheese.

Then, I poured around the dish my egg mixture. I let the cheese melt, and, then I mixed all the ingredients together, and added apple slices around the dish with butter, a little sugar, and cinnamon, and let the apples soften.

Then, I put the softened apples on a plate, and added the rest of the ingredients to the top of the apples. Enjoy!
