When winter comes, in the cold days we eat Cracklings in Serbia.

There is almost no house where this delicious meal is not made. I made it a couple of days ago, and now I have Cracklings, and homemade fat, which I will use for frying instead of oil. Therefore, for all those who have not yet prepared Cracklings, here are some recipes to do at home.
