This year I had a good grow raspberry probably because there was plenty of rains.
I decided to make ice cream with my wife, to tell you how we made it and to upload photos of our work.
In addition to the fruit I took from the garden, we bought 1 hour of Greek yogurt.
In sweet cow’s milk we poured powder for sweet cream and to mix.In the bowl we put raspberries, sugar, Greek yogurt and all made a good mix.
In the end we added 3 spoons sweet cream and a good mix.
Finished ice cream was packed into containers and placed in a freezer.
When you want to serve ice cream, wait until it is thawed and a special spoon to make the balls.The choice of dish is you.You can also decorate ice cream with what you love.Chives, fruits, biscuits, pistachios, minced almond etc.For all of you who have your fruits that are not treated this is a good choice.In my opinion, the healthiest is just to eat fruit, then make fruit juice and just finally ice cream.Although it depends on your affinity.
