While on Youtube, my traveling continued, as I checked out different fashion week runway shows in different countries. Next, I arrived in Berlin, Germany for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week runway show, which started out with a mother-daughter team message.
The designer for this fashion show is Riani. I immediately noticed soft colors in floral and plaid, as well as metallic colors of silver clothes and accessories. Shirt dresses and sundresses appear to be the main focus for this summer. Silver fanny packs and backpacks, as well as mesh blouses, are back, which is reminiscent of the 80s and 90s when I was in college. One model appears to be carrying a rolled up silver yoga mat down the runway. Casuals are fun in colorful hoodies, jackets and cropped tops.
Small boxy purses appear to be the trend. Casuals from the early 80s look familiar, which look like feminine and colorful athletic-wear.
A couple of models pull out their mother from the audience, and they walk off together on the runway toward the backstage.
