What if every table in a cafe or restaurant had an hour glass? You were supposed to eat before the top part of the glass is emptied?

I would not visit such a place. After my thyroid problems, I eat slowly and at ease. I do not want anyone to interfere with my rules and make me break them.
It would not be good and you will not enjoy the food.

This one is good … I would certainly not be inclined to eat it until I had eaten in peace …. but if it is written somewhere I would certainly not go to such a restaurant … I eat slowly and I enjoy food
I eat fast but it doesn’t feel good as you’ve said. One will not be able to enjoy food.
That would not make me comfortable I don’t like to be rushed.

These days when there are large queues I suppose that could be a solution. But I will never visit such places as I need to relax at a dining table.
There are times when having a time limit isn’t appropriate. Like wanting to spend a good time there like you’ve stated.

Yes, I’ve heard the news about that kind of thing that happens so people don’t linger at the cafe while other visitors wait. What if you were in a cafe or restaurant like that?
If I eating alone, I wouldn’t have a problem because I tend to eat fast including hit beverages. If I have gone with a friend, it would prove difficult.
Maybe it’s good if you have a plan to eat with your friends, you bring a tupperware so that if the time is up you can bring the food home… lol

I could not handle the timer! I eat slow and cannot eat fast or under pressure.
It’s better to eat slow to linger the taste and for proper digestion. I have difficulty eating slowly. I tend to eat fast.
