A patriotic display outside the home of a person in America.
Yes Deepizzaguy, it is a plant creation for the 4th of July last year at the home I visited.
I have seen these kinds of patriotic displays around the neighborhoods in Lake Charles.
I see a flag, a pot with flowers, some windows, a pinwheel, some sort of tag on the bottom left. The tag seems to show a person with a raised hand. Could be Uncle Sam. ?
