Ray and I had been shopping in the mall one day when we saw a lot of fast food options. We decided on a healthier option. This option was about smoothies. They had energy ones, and one to detox I think. I had the berry one. It was awesome. My husband had one with green tea, and other great things in it. We saw a man with his little girl sharing one. It was nice to see a dad care what his daughter had to eat.
We have a smoothie everynigh almost-blueberry, strawberry, peach etc in it.
