Continuing to search stock photos in folders, I still find some images that I consider quite worthy to participate in this Kim’s Challenge this month in the theme of Shadows and Silhouettes.
Below are some of the things I have selected for this second part.
#1 The Head
#2 Tears of Bride
#3 Moon and Bamboo
“Sadness gives depth. Happiness gives height. Sadness gives roots. Happiness gives branches. Happiness is like a tree going into the sky, and sadness is like the roots going down into the womb of the earth. Both are needed, and the higher a tree goes, the deeper it goes, simultaneously. The bigger the tree, the bigger will be its roots. In fact, it is always in proportion. That's its balance.”
~ Osho
#4 Betel Leaf
“We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.”
~ Buddha
#5 Pinhole
"We, who see the inner reality of the whole world, see the heart and are not caught by the outer form of things."
~Rumi
#6 The Great Spirit Prayer
The Great Spirit Prayer
Oh, Great Spirit, whose voice I hear in the wind, whose breath gives life to all the world.
Hear me; I need your strength and wisdom.
Let me walk in beauty, and make my eyes ever behold the red and purple sunset.
Make my hands respect the things you have made and my ears sharp to hear your voice.
Make me wise so that I may understand the things you have taught my people.
Help me to remain calm and strong in the face of all that comes towards me.
Let me learn the lessons you have hidden in every leaf and rock.Help me seek pure thoughts and act with the intention of helping others.
Help me find compassion without empathy overwhelming me.
I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy, Myself.
Make me always ready to come to you with clean hands and straight eyes.
So when life fades, as the fading sunset, my spirit may come to you without shame.

Great choice to pick for this challenge.
Unlike the others, this photo I made a while before I post it.
Perfect for the challenge. A bust silhouette.
Thanks, Kim. Since I posted this post to contribute to the challenge of someone I respect, I have made it as good as possible! Hehe…
Buddha is a favorite of mine. Nice silhouette.
Thanks, Carol. The Buddha does give us many things, especially love.
